Add weakpoints and weakpoint proficiencies to slimes.

It could be debated if fighting your own slimelings should gain you these proficiencies, but on the other hand, being a slime should really give you a lot of knowledge in itself. Also, you might potentially encounter a hostile slime mutant with its slimelings.

Testing

• Debug spawned a slime and fought it (and its "offspring"), seeing weakpoint messages triggering.
• Checked that the basic proficiency was added, and it wasn't... It turns out I'd somehow missed the "basic" part of the name, and the game didn't detect that the stunted proficiency doesn't exist.
• Fixed the issue, retested, and now received the proficiency entry.
• Debug mastered the basic proficiency, spawned a new slime, fought it, and verified that the advanced proficiency appeared as well (better check when an erroneous name for the basic one went AWOL).

Additional context

The organ weakpoint was based on a lab snippet I've seen, which I assume was referring to slimes.
